The Polar Skin-Diver is a modern dive watch. It is not an homage to a classic. While it might have cues of early dive watches, it is its own design. The dial is polar white and features white luminous plots with black surrounds. The hour, minute and seconds hands are all matte black and filled with superluminova, meaning reading the time is straightforward and effortless. Now the seconds hand comes with a pop of orange. It’s subtle yet distinct and sets the watch apart from the normal Polar Skin-Diver. The watch comes in at 39mm wide, 48mm lug to lug, and 11.5mm thick. It features a fully lumed, 60 click, unidirectional stainless steel bezel that has been PVD coated. It has a flat anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The Skin-Diver is powered by the Sellita SW200-1 movement, a workhorse and standard movement for the industry. This watch comes on a 20mm Marin Rubber strap and a black 20mm Zulu Maratac Nato.
